About which spirit is influencing us, the Holy Ghost, the Light of Christ or the Spirit of God, Elder Oaks, in one of his talks once said to the effect: There are not multiple influences, that is, the Light of Christ, or the Spirit of God etc. There is one influence and all draw upon it and all use it in different ways. The Spirit of God is his glory.
I understand that to mean that it is all the same spirit, it is just used in different degrees and for different occasions. All comes from one source, the glory of God.
