We enjoy listening to the Roundtable discussions each week. Thank you! This panel is a very enthusiastic group. However, the Liahona discussion was a bit out there. Same with the steel bow comment. How would you know? Is this important? Would you consider please, slowing down the discussion and limiting it to the factual and choosing the best parts that would be most helpful to listeners? We need to feel the spirit as we learn. I hate to make negative comments, but I think it is good sometimes to get feedback. Please do continue to do these. They really are overall, great!
I was a little saddened to hear the comment that took all faith away from the workings of the Liahona. I was glad that someone spoke up to explain it working/not working as the faith wavers. But the comment “to each his own” really was the last straw before I turned it off.
The weekly Interpreter round table discussions by these faithful men and women scholars are a pearl of great price to me. The same with Book of Mormon Central’s work, FAIRMormon, other scholars like Don Bradley and Royal Skousen, and the FARMS material I still love. And then there is the Book of Mormon itself. I feel like we live during an incredible revival or renaissance of knowledge and light about Christ and His dealings with men and women. I cannot say enough about it. I’m humbled and grateful. Thank you for all you do!
