enjoyed your presentation on Mark Hofmann just a few comments William Flynn of Arizona assisted George Throckmorton on this case and should get equal credit As to the plea bargain when Ted Cannon resigned David Yocum took over as County Attorney(District Attorney) and told lead prosecutor Bob Stott to do a plea bargain Yocum felt it was too costly and wanted it “off his desk” at the same time he laid off George Throckmorton… this is important to know since many people believe the Church pushed for a plea bargain But Bob Stott George Throckmorton and the late Ken Farnsworth told me the Church was not involved in the plea bargain As to the documentary 3 hours doesn’t cover the case well but was better than any other one done in the past 35 years..
