I was pleased to have Elder Condie as a colleague when we both taught many years ago at Brigham Young University. I now very much approve and appreciate his moving remarks on Christmas, which has been reduced by our secular world into “the holiday,” but without realizing that it is not a holiday until or unless the Holy Spirit touches our own hearts and minds and moves us toward genuine sanctification during our mortal probation as we await our place in our life after life.
