As usual, Noel Reynolds presents a thoughtfully researched idea, carefully explained, and consistent with the scriptural text.
No doubt, the covenant marriage described by the prophets is consistent from Genesis to Malachi and leads to righteous marriages in which husbands, wives, and their families flourish.
The Hebrew tradition of marriage stands out in contrast to much if not all of the ancient world. The covenant is the difference.
